Things have become really hard in Greece... There is no way of survival nor way of leaving. Everyone is exhausted and argue about the smallest things. I get commissions all the time that at the end doesn't pay, every new client is a new reason to stress. I don't know if I can keep up with this physically and psychologically, so I'll probably stop working in the artistic area before I completely hate it. I don't care what kind of work it's gonna be, I just want to love to draw again...

Happy new year everyone!!

I finally got my internet connection working and i hope i didnt miss much..! lot of changes with the beggining of this new year:

-new house

-started Driving lessons (for bike and car :) )

actually, that's it.... these 2 changes carry a lot of changes themselves :P

oh! i forgot to mention that the designs i did for a Fast Food store a few years back a free for showing since i just got the memo that the store will never see the light of day... well, that is their problem, mine is that I will not get a penny....................................

today we lost another star in our sky that is called art. Frank Frazetta... the man was propably the first artist i learned by name, such awesome paintings and work on Fire and Ice (shame on you if you dont know it)...

i know i said i was gonna write everyday, but you know its actually easier to say than do.

my life took a turn this week. i feel that it is time to make some change in my life and stop being stupid for trying to be ok with the people that actually doesnt care for anything than their precious little self... some dudes can be such simple creatures.

all this head-rush actually is the reason that i'm not posting... stress is bad for you and art... damn you A.D.D!!!

so its been 2 years since i last wrote here... today i feel its time to start blogging again, mostly because i keep reading from other artists (in their blogs) that this will do me some good. i guess we will see... ;)

Army is over, and now its time to start to stress about what comes next. i'm trying to "build a fondation" in my work, for the future being, but i'm still having the army issue of not really wanting to do anything at all...

Solution? i'm sketching all nights so that my hands finds the will my brain can't...

once again, i'll try to update as frequently as i can...

short weekend...

this is the end of the weekend... didnt even felt it pass by.

yesterday I woke up at 20.00, watched "The Pursuit of Happyness" and "Finding Neverland". So that was my saturday...

the first movie was really good, kept me thinking about my future...touching...

the second one was ok, kinda gay though. but I watched it even when my pair of testicles kept telling me to stop...

WELL, enough talking about my privates. I've manage to drawn nothing all day, but I worked a little on the album cover of my friend Aris Kaijin, and i'll post the final when i'll get the chance to see it myself... meanwhile listen to his musical genious : http://www.myspace.com/ariskaijinmusic

yesterday was hard, not alot to do, but I hadnt sleep the night before to finish my homework, so, I spent my day trying not to fall asleep :P

after class my good friend Brian helped me find a Wacom board, and after 5 years of trying to get one, I OWN ONE!!

I didnt had the chance to try it yet since the evening was dedicated to drawing orcs for my big class project... here are some done in blue Bic:

and finally, I got a new assignement: to draw a cafeteria terrace with at least 2 persons... so I'm gonna go with what my friends in Greece make me think about, hehe...

well, here I am, writing my thoughts and experiences of everyday for the first time...

I thought it might help me get throught these endless lonely/boring days in Belgium. And yes, I hate this country, I hate its very own existence...

So... as I was saying, I'll try and write here everyday including some of the day's artwork (might give me a reason to draw faster :P ), anyway, here it goes. Dont hesitate to write your opinions on anything I write or draw...

Oh! And dont worry about the strange hours that I'm gonna be posting, I'm just not sleeping the same hours that most of you do, if I sleep at all...

here is my first posted artwork, I actually hate it but, its a class project for today and time is running out... We'll see how it goes...

I'll maybe post some more stuff later, after class...
